- Bespoke Career Strategy Plan: Develop a fully tailored career roadmap designed to meet the individual’s specific goals, whether that’s breaking into a new industry, stepping into an executive role, or navigating a complex career change. Regularly update and adjust the plan based on progress and evolving circumstances.
- Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions: 1.5 hours per week of intensive coaching focusing on personalised career challenges, leadership development, mindset, and high-level job search strategies. Sessions tailored to the individual’s career goals, including leadership skills, personal branding, executive presence, and negotiation tactics.
- On-Demand Support: Unlimited access to the coach via email or WhatsApp for ongoing support and guidance between sessions. The client can reach out for real-time advice when faced with immediate career decisions, challenges, or interview prep.
- Executive-Level Personal Branding & Thought Leadership: Full development of the individual’s personal brand, including a professionally curated LinkedIn profile, personal website (if relevant), and guidance on building a thought leadership presence in their field. Create a content strategy for LinkedIn articles, public speaking opportunities, and media engagement to elevate the client’s profile in their industry.
- Exclusive Networking & Introductions: Personal introductions to high-level contacts, recruiters, or executives within the client’s industry.
